From flu and strep testing to physicals, prescriptions, and lab studies, our goal is to keep you and your family healthy and cared for when it matters most. We have affordable pricing for single visits or various membership plans that fit your budget.
We do NOT accept insurance.
At 1st Aid Station, we make healthcare simple and affordable with subscription-based Medical Memberships. These plans give you access to medical services when you need them most—without the hassle of traditional insurance.
Occasionally Acute (Individual) – $65/month
A simple plan for those who only get sick occasionally. - One visit per month - Flu / COVID-19 / Strep testing (2x per year) - Prescriptions, if needed, for your visit - 10% off all other services
Occasionally Acute Duo (Couples) – $89/month
Covers you and your significant other. - One visit per month (shared) - Flu / COVID-19 / Strep testing (2x per year) - Prescriptions, if needed, for your visit - 10% off all other services
Occasionally Acute Team (Family of Four, ages 2+) – $123/month
Affordable care for families with occasional illness and high deductibles. - One visit per month (shared) - Flu / COVID-19 / Strep testing (2x per year) - Prescriptions, if needed, for your visit - 10% off all other services - No immunizations provided in this plan
Collaborating with the NP (Individual) – $125/month
Ideal for patients with chronic conditions (Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol). - One visit per month - Serum lab studies for chronic illness (2x per year, 6 months apart) - Flu / COVID-19 / Strep testing (2x per year) - Prescription refills as needed - 10% off all other services

At 1st Aid Station, we provide a full range of occupational health services to keep employees safe, healthy, and compliant with federal and workplace requirements. Our certified providers deliver DOT physicals, breath alcohol testing, and urine drug screens with accuracy and efficiency.
DOT Physicals are $95. Same-day appointments available.
